Denise Ferell

Denise Ferrell, our Estimating and Purchasing Manager, is originally from middle Tennessee. She hasa diverse background that ultimately led her to the home improvement industry. Denise's career has included roles in manufacturing management and Harley Davidson sales and finance.

In 2017, Denise transitioned into the home improvement industry, working for a Knoxville contractor designing kitchens and bathrooms. After the contractor retired, Denise's passion for home improvement led her to Baldwin Family Flooring via a chance meeting between her husband and Norm Baldwin.

Denise has many responsibilities at Baldwin Family Flooring, including creating estimates, ordering materials, and managing social media. Outside of work, Denise enjoys fishing with her husband,Alton, and can often be heard calling out "Here, Fishy Fishy!"
